The company already said on the letter why they are doing this. They said that they mailed out a lot of certificates but that many came back to them as failure to be delivered by post. Wrong addresses and such, etc.. Hence why they want a clear picture of correct beneficiary information and addresses and contact info.
IF THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF MAKING GOOD ON THE CERTS THEY WOULDN'T BE DOING ALL THIS!
The company is trying and working their butts off to straighten things out. Would people here prefer they just gave up and not give a crap about certs?
We are part owners of this company. Ask not what the company can do for you, but what you can do for the company. How about a little help and support for gosh sakes. Just follow the instructions on the letter so that they can take care of what they gotta do so that they can continue concentrating on getting the ship sailing.
Imagine yourself trying to right a ship and launching a huge undertaking WHILE HYENAS AND JACKALS ARE BITING AND HANGING ONTO YOUR HIND QUARTERS.
They've come a long way and are trying so hard. Would you rather they gave up and everybody loses? I doubt that! With the exception of a couple people I am sure we all want to see everyone benefit and sail forward.
I would rather come to Port of Palm Beach soon to sail on a ferry at Palm Beach to go to Nassau to celebrate with some folks here instead of the alternative.
