About Here Provided Proxy Appeal & Vote Against Procedure :
1. Since GAC is a SEC Registered Company and this
is related to its SEC 8-K Filing of Sept. 2./8, 2014 to
increase the A/S of Common Shares from now 1 Bn
up-to 2,5 Bn Shares, resulting the Actions Against It
can only be made at SEC !
2. The SEC has not any Voting Forms, because Voting
Against something, at SEC is also seen as Complaints
and therefore Any Voting Against has to be done at
its General SEC Complaints Form as here provided !
3. For the Investors to be in the stronger position as
necessary, it need as Complaint the Proxy Appeal and
Vote against it both as here By Link provided, because
Voting only by the many A- Preferred Shares GAC has
would not be enough to overcome the Voting Majority
of GAC Company !
