I agree with most of what you said kbad, but, I would add that the issue of , 'TRANSPARENT' , can and often is viewed as something that people have a 'right' to. In this case, and I am sure you agree, the fact is that any and all information from this company is simply them being nice enough to disclose what ever tidbits we get. And in my opinion, they have done much more than required by them legally. So, it is kind of like them handing someone a money belt full of gold coins, and then that person complaining about the weight instead of just saying thank you.
We all knew or, should have known that this company does not have to tell anyone shit, just because of the type of exchange they are on.
So, for me.....all I can say is Thanks. I am holding my shares until they get so heavy that my feet sink in the earth. And they will.
