well to me I think that many who bought the stock on the last day may think they should have certs but from my experience one had to own the shares on the last day so there will be a few who did this and think they should have certs and then because of the change date some sold their shares and then bought some back hopefully in time.
I agree that how the company handled the certs is not a role model of efficiency. and having to send in my info again makes me think twice again
