Here we go again... as you said "Simply put, we don't know for sure, but it sure smells stinky". Key point...you do not know. We continue down this 144 road which is impossible to prove at this point, but something we cant prove "sure smells stinky". COMPLETE transparency is problematic for a company. There can be strategic reasons from a business standpoint not to release info/ PR every time somebody sneezes. The truth and info will come out but not always as quick as we would all like. IF Bill is selling shares maybe he is using the money for another growth opportunity. As you said, we do not know. So why assume something stinky? I am all for reading the tea leaves to stay ahead of potential investment issues, but until we have more evidence I would prefer to base my future beliefs off of past actions.
