g&l I sent a screen shot from my Ameritrade account showing all PVEC transactions and purchase dates and let them figure it out , they then sent me the correct Cert in the mail, this time I sent them the Cert #, The CUSIP#, The # of shares on the Certs and also included the original Screen shots of the Ameritrade Account.
