name of the national engineering co. is known via the public domain
and zero doubts CON side of the *crew* knows exactly who it is
CON side can't *post* it because it blows bogus bs to smithereens
i'm sure as initially happened with *SAIC* .. *research has been ongoing
since CONs' awareness* to malign and denigrate when *publicly* ID'd
