Heard back from IR. Actually they replied within an hour. Shocked me. Was referred to the shareholder's letter in which Mr. Stone says audited financials for 2014. Given we have a quarter ended September 30 (yet to be reported) and one ending December 31, I'd say they have until on or before February 15, 2015 (45 days after the conclusion of the quarter as that's when they are due) to make due on their word.

Time will tell ... but, at least for me, the clock is officially ticking!
