Not easy to answer , there are too many factors that we do not know. Like what size plants, technique, stacking, layout, etc. Most setups have several walkways that eat up square footage. Smaller plants have smaller yields but are quicker to harvest. Bigger plants take longer and have bigger yields.
One thing I do know is this sounds very sophisticated, if you have money you can push plants to maximum yields by High tech carbon dioxide generators, lighting, Nutes and techniques.
