So the assumption is that each plant needs 1 square foot? If true, then there would be 2 pods? So that would mean 20,000 plants per grow cycle. Assuming a quarter pound per plant that would be 5,000 pounds per cycle. At 4 cycles per year, that would be 20,000 pounds per year. Not a bad start.
