After a R/S the shares you buy before are supposed to be worth the same amount... just less shares... but also they are normally tied up with your broker for a period of time before you can even try to sell them... while the company that did the R/S starts dumping new shares from the higher PPS... and new people don't come in, cause they already have seen they just did a R/S and understand that they will start dumping new shares and the PPS will go down again... etc... a R/S is not a good thing...
