When a MOD is removed by admin, or a MOD remove's himself/herself, their sticky is automatically removed.
A new MOD who applies only needs 4 recent posts to be selected.
A MOD who applies who has had many deletions, especially for personal attacks, usually won't get selected by admin.
Each MOD can only have one sticky and cannot remove the sticky of another MOD.
