I cannot find anything on the SEC to do with the cmpany. I tried company name, trading symbol, looking up 144's and the like and came up with absolutely nothing. I cannot speak to the legitimacy of the newswire but used a link to get me to that site.

Do a search on the SEC website and you come up with no information at all. I am pretty good at navigating websites but cannot seem to get past the front door on the SEC site. any help would be appreciated.
