All 144's are to be filed through the SEC, which is why I was questioning about this yesterday as the SEC website has no such company listing. As I recall that newswire's legitimacy was in question. If they are filed through SEC, we should be able to view them from SEC.gov. I personally do not trust any 3rd party sites info if I cant find the same info from the source. Hence my issue.
