Saw that you posted that, cant understand why, clause I see in certs are for bashers and people who harmed PVEC, YOU certainly don't fit that criteria

I had to call a few times also to get mine, I know you probably have already called. if you will allow me my opinion, I believe more in lines of incompetence, overworked and even un organized, not running a tight ship there by no means, BUT I also think they are not purposely withholding yours, IF they did that, I can think of other peeps maybe they would , but also see those same ones post they have their shares, so I simply cannot call that one bro but give opinion and sincerely want YOU to get yours.
