No 8-K is required for the MOU. Martie misspoke. However, check the Nevada SOS for an update. EWSI just hit the reboot button on their share structure. Effective 10/27 they are completing a 250/1 R/S which will place the A/S at 24M and the O/S neighborhood 7.6M. (They do need to file the action with FINRA for approval...10 day process).
