Same here Misti, I can't find anything on the SEC site regarding the company either. The only thing I can surmise is that filings for pinks is completely voluntary. If they or ANY company remain small enough they don't have to file. So I am not sure they would have to file a form 4 or who they would even file it with. See Microcap Stock: A Guide for Investors . I am not an investment guru like some here and may be wrong on this but since no one else replied with an answer I figured I would give it a shot.
