Geos pro hac vice motion was previously rejected by the court-so i dont know why geo is making the same motion again-odd-courts dont like to reverse themselves -especially when they just ruled on this Aug 14!!

the judgment in view here against geo is apparently not just an entry of default against geo- already recorded dec 1 2012-but a default judgment- so hopefully this will be over soon- it should be unless the court reverses its earlier rejection of geos motions
