I can answer that question, before I start my day.
A complaint was filled with MSHA and ADEQ and came out to the site and I had to do training and get all my permits in place which I am working on, so your question doesn't make sense, if they came to the site and made me work on the things that I am doing, was that made up? So to answer your question, you will have all the proof from ADEQ just like MSHA sure enough.
