the by-law in any case is a moot point. Both buildings are grandfathered and 6000 sqft of processing is enough for 40000 sqft of grow space and 10000 pounds per year in the first phase. The town wanted to make sure the by-law was signed before HC grants the license so future construction will be under Lakeshore's by-laws.
All that matters is the LICENSE.
