Hi Everybody
Thank you for waiting, I have some updates
My new Nevada based Law firm, will be released after we start the process, has assured me that any share buyback can be done 100 percent legal and it just has to be done the correct way with board meetings and resolutions and even a reach out to our shareholders to get their feedback .
So next, since this will take about about 2 to 4 weeks we have reached out to our debtor for December and negotiating buying the debt direct so no conversions will be done, so that means the 1 billion shares will not be hitting the market in December we will be buying that note direct, so all the people saying its illegal once again, it might take time but I will get the correct answers not to prove them wrong but the right answers so the float will be going down as promised.
Third, Still working with ADEQ and MSHA and will update when I can, we want to do this the correct was so we can get back to processing .
Finally, I am focusing on the business and I am sorry for not responding to tweets and emails as fast but we have a lot of work to do.
So we are moving in the right direction and by the end of the year this will be something to talk about

2 to 4 weeks until share buyback
Debt will be bought by end of next week 100 percent, so no 1 B Conversion as stated.
Gold will be sold every Friday for a total of 5 weeks.
The TA has permission to release the information, but you have to send a email thats all, not gagged at all
