I agree with a growing crowd that license is incoming for two reasons.
1. The Lakeshore zoning issue being 100% in our favor
2. Bill selling shares just before the news. The same occurred just before the inspection PR in August.
To those who refuse to believe that Bill has sold, then its your loss. Its a possible tell that news is incoming once his shares are absorbed. I'm joining any1butyou in just rolling my eyes at this point.
