Great News on Lakeshore Council Proposed Amendment
As both Bud Wiser and Picon have recently posted, Lakeshore's new proposed Zoning Amendmen ( drafted by the Mayor and scheduled for a vote on Nov. 4) is a very MAJOR DEVELOPMENT.
It looks like the oppostion to Fitx has been resolved and we are good to go as far as the Town of Lakeshore is concerned. That would also seem to be very good news since, as Picon has also just noted, it brings Lakeshore into compliance with Health Canada regulations for municipalities.
Why isn't there more celebrating here about this event? A major obstacle has just been eliminated.
