Think I found the By-Laws, is gets voted in Nov. 4th. From what I see....not one thing would even affect FITX. I assume their by-laws for the town were not defined enough and they wanted to ensure they put in by-laws for the future??? Not that it would matter anyway to us as we would have been grandfathered in, but regardless, I did not see one thing that would hinder us.
