There was one company today, categorized under Natural Gas Transmission, that received their Notice of Effectiveness. They had filed seven S-1/As . VitaCig has only filed four S-1/As. I could be wrong but I think at this point VitaCig is in for one more round. We are going to have the VitaCig IPO and dividend shares in the near future.
