Anyone that thinks that an uplist to Naz at 3 bucks will be clear sailing free from "manipulation of the OTC, hasn't been investing in biotechs for very long.
The Nasdaq can be brutal for small cap biotechs. Ever heared of Adam Feuerstein and Jim Crammer? Not to mention the ruthless hedge funds that love to short small, unproven bio's.
The uplist needs to postponed until mid 2015 when revenue is flowing, partnerships are inked and IND's are filed.
