GC has said uplisting is a moving target
He has said they will uplist when the market conditions are right
He has said they would uplist from a position of strength.
He has said they would not R/S at current market prices (this was around 8c)
And finally, He has given me no reason to believe any of these statements do not hold true today.
If you really think the management team, BOD, and BOA all would give GC the A-OK for the company to up-list at anything other than the aforementioned points just so he can get a measly 34k or something bonus, then you should not be investing in this company.
