Exactly, anyone would be a fool not to be concerned. I laugh at the posters who think at large R/S to get to 3 bucks on the NASDAQ is such a good thing leaving manipulation in the past. If you need a massive split to get there, well you are not ready to be there IMO. Let's be real this is bad and were headed the wrong direction fast. Bonuses and salary increases for uplisting give me a break, if anything there should be a PR saying hey uplist will be delayed until 3rd quarter 2015 at this point which will give management time to bring to the table the appropriate milestones to create value and sustain it! Not hey the PPS has tanked heres 3 milestones that will may bring us to .11 then we uplist and the CEO gets increases and bonuses. I don't give a crap what anyone thinks that's my opinion. All this talk about well theres gonna be some unknown milestones like JV partners I say BS.
