I thought the same thing initially, but I believe he took the profit at $4/gram as opposed to the selling price of $4/gram. If you consider $7/gram selling price, it's a profit margin of 57%. That PM% may be high at the the outset as we need to take into account the 25% off the top for the private investor and likely higher spending in regards to salesforce/marketing and capital reinvestment of buildings/equipment.

I'm in line with his thinking though and that's why I bought 8 months ago and have continued to acquire shares since. I did some calcs a while back to try and determine the MMJ output from the 2 existing buildings and his 20k lbs falls well within that capacity figure.
