I would assume that as a company without license CEN is making very little revenue. In the last month we have known that repairs have been needed at site for HC compliance, Bill and the team have been traveling all over the world creating partnerships , we hired a new law firm, need to pay current vendors and partners, Bill needs to eat ..... So can we make a leap that Bill selling shares is about paying for these things than the assumption that he is bailing out on the company he has fought years to get to this point....
