Regarding Post #39147 Lakeshore Council Proposed zoning By-Law Amendment scheduled for a vote on Nov. 4,2014
Can anyone comment on this amendment. I think it's a good thing for FITX but I'm not a lawyer and not sure I've understood everything being proposed here.
Is there anything shareholders should be concerned about here? I'm assuming the proposal, drafted by the Mayor, is expected to be voted Yes by the towncouncil on Nov.4; otherwise why go to the trouble of drafting it in the first place.
This seems to me to be a very significant event that has generated little discussion on this board. It may very well be the zoning green light that we've been hoping for.
