While I applaud all the enthusiasm, my recollection of the "call" gave no specific dates, just generalizations and options. Looks like the window of opportunity has already closed on one, if not two, actions. That leaves option C. I say screw the shareholder meeting and do the deed ASAP, especially if this NSS issue is real. The sooner it gets flushed out the better for everyone. And post the damn forms/submissions.
