As pointed out in the previous Lakeshore meeting. None of the houses are in residential or institutional zones. They are residence in agriculture zones. Big difference. There are no day nursery, school, community
centre or training facility aimed primarily at children less than 16 years of age anywhere around. Guys and Gals... There are no zoning issues. We are good to go!!!
