I think Joel is better off doing informal PR every Thursday's or Friday's after trading hours for us to have confidence what the company is up to, the steps taken so far & the directions it's headed. Then the official PR, disclosures, etc. posted in company's website in a monthly basis.

For now I understand that Joel is concentrating on the debt and share buyback but should stop at the end-date then put all your energy to start the operations b/c that's the bread and butter of the company that is producing gold ores everyday and selling it.
