Belize Petroleum Output Falls 20.6% in 1H, Central Bank Says

Oct. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Oil production fell for 17th consecutive quarter and by 20.6% to 332,769 barrels in 1H vs 1H13, central bank says in report.
Output from Spanish Lookout and Never Delay fields decreased 33.1% and 20.5%, respectively
Extraction rate at Never Delay was “minimal and required periodic shutdowns until sufficient pressure could be built up to resume pumping": report
