I guess anyone can say pretty much what ever they like. The truth of the matter is quite simple. There is no volume and that means there is no selling. TelVue shares are being held and there are no sells at all.
There are 55,000 shares in the float and the rest is owned by Gerry Lenfest a self made billionaire.
Telvue pays it’s bills on time and holds money in escrow to pay Gerry for the preferred shares he owns.
I’m pretty sure no one cares all that much what my take is on an NDA. I’ll say this. I signed one and I bought shares last week and my intention is to buy more next week.
