It's kinda sad that as investors we don't know the value added our company can bring to an MOU. I certainly don't except in only the vaguest of terms. But it's hard to believe this company doesn't know EWSI's PPS situation or even the discontent on the boards. That said, Marty is an M&A guy so one can only hope he's pitching a compelling story. Just wish he's let us in on it, the MoFo.
