Correct me if I'm wrong. If bid is 0.00 then no one will sell it to retire the share and if people buys then the total shares stays the same if it comes from the float. My opinion is to let impatient shareholders sell their stocks, buys them and retire for good. I hope I'm right.

Anyone can elaborate and explain what is the right step for Joel to take? I understand he is doing something for the good of the company and I do trust his instinct to reduce overall shares.
