I disagree. I see where you're coming from, but we would have never had a pre-license inspection on July 31st if they are waiting to issue any licenses until spring 2015. The process has slowed, but not halted. I believe if there was a decision to definitively wait on issuing new licenses, it would be made public. We got inspected, had a couple fixes, everyone can speculate as to whether we're growing or not. However, to say we are 4 or 5 months away is a very large stretch. I believe consultants would also know if a mandate to halt the licenses has been passed down. Every article and video quoting or showing a consultant doesn't substantiate a claim that licenses are on hold.
