I see what you mean. Baltia won't have to worry about shares being dumped upon certification, so we should see a very good rise through first flight (no pun intended...). What I am hoping to accomplish is to explain to everyone that we're not seeing any direct dilutive actions by Baltia. What we're seeing is the issuance of restricted stock. We have at least 6 months before any of these shares hit the float, and that's ONLY if the owners deposit them.
