I completely agree, there are no zoning issues! That was my point. The second part of the point is that Lakeshore hasn't changed their zoning. In all this time, with all the discussion, what they have done about changing the bylaws IS (drumroll)............NOTHING! The zoning is the same as it was a year ago. Ag value added.
