If I might add that all what seems to be material informtion should only come from the company and noone else-we don't need mediators. When it comes from the company in the form of a PR, we can hold the company accouantable and we have a real reference to use, when it comes from a person, well!!-we don't want to hear the buying of the borokerage is imminent, we want to see the filings-that is what really counts. The company should communicate directly with the shareholders without mediators IMO-anything they want to say, they can say via PR and filings and that is it.
