How long is the quiet time for mergers? I saw on Yahoo board at iHub that there was a quiet time and their speculation about as to why they hadn't said anything. They aren't even merging. But if it were true then it would apply to PRIVCO and Treaty.... and is Sandbox part of that or another merge or just investment/use?
