It's still good. But I think you meant 5 billion Outstanding shares. With the note purchase for $100,000 the authorized shares will drop from 10.1 to 9.1 billion. The buy backs, if I understand correctly, will purchase existing shares and retire them. That will drop outstanding shares by the amount purchased. I'm still unclear how the authorized shares will come down. They need to for the positive impact. Maybe Joel could drop in for an update.
