I see two ways. Others can suggest too.
Put your bid in at .0001 and wait for the .0002 to get impatient and sell.
Get level 2 and watch the action, or just watch the bid. It is easy to tell by looking at live trading how many are for sale. But cast your .0001 line out and see if a new seller bites. I have bought every share at .0001. With good pubic news releases the .0001's will be a distant memory.
