I am sorry but I don't understand all the hoopila. Nothing in the 8k shows a decrease in the long term valuation of the AMBS. The lawfirm of Petronic and Ludlow will keep spewing their discontent over and over again.
If you feel uncomfortable with the company then get out.
Again nothing in the 8k shows a decrease in valuation. I understood the risk of investing in a penny stock when I bought into ambs but I am more confident of the company today then when I bought in 2 years ago.
