Shorters already know about this-
its part of the shorters handbook-and as i said otc could discover a large pps rise on their own-it would be very easy for them to program an alert system for such which they may have done since i experienced this process early 2011
there is no due process or warning by dtc brokers mm's shorters otc or other agencies when they apply restrictions
