the biggest issue with all mmpr companies currently is sourcing of seeds. you either get it from existing LPs (nice try btw) or apply for an import license. i hope bill started the process as soon as the inspection ended. after april 1, existing mmar cannot supply these. in the future seeds will be a billion dollar business by itself.
