LOL, MrK, checkmate.
I certainly didn't want to hear about another 1 billion authorized shares either, as my ownership in Baltia has now declined by 20% (once all those shares are actually sold), but the truth is....
Igor NEEDED to do it, as Baltia was out of authorized shares and at last night's meeting the shareholder's present there were beating the door down to Barry's office and buying up PP in 1 million share increments.
No doubt in my mind over 20 million shares sold last night within about a 2 hour period..........and those guys who bought scored BIG!
LOL, further, as I have a gentleman's agreement to come to the plate in about a month with a check for $500K, I guess I have to be glad there will be shares available to meet my needs...........and heck.........help reduce the recent effects that the newly authorized shares have on my % ownership of this FINE company..............
