How does a statement like this.........mister know it all.......even apply to BLTA AT THIS POINT IN THE GAME!
Knowing the number of shares outstanding, especially relative to competitors in the same industry, can help protect your interests against possible future dilution of your shares' value.
How? If you already own BLTA, how can "knowing" actually "protect" you against possible future dilution?
If Baltia wants to raise its authorized shares, WTF is your "knowledge" of other structures of other companies going to do for you RIGHT NOW?
Oh....I know....based upon the % that the authorized shares have increased, you look at your portfolio and BUY an equivalent % of shares.
Therefore, multiply your current holdings of BLTA by 20% and BUY that number of shares comes first thing Monday morning.
Ah.......so your advice is to BUY comes Monday morning.
